Hannah J. Claydon is a London-based Art Director specialising in image direction and brand strategy. Currently freelance, she works closely with clients across fashion, culture and lifestyle to develop clear and impactful visual worlds, backed by insightful research. Hannah has collaborated on social campaigns for fashion brand Aimé, conducted research projects for IKEA, styled residential houses for estate agency Brickworks and directed still life shoots for A New Tribe. During her four and a half years as Art Director at HATO she led photographic direction and defined brand identities for clients including marketplace DELLI, aparthotel MM:NT and software company Capture One, as well as for independent publisher Hato Press and lifestyle shop Hato Store. Hannah also worked at fashion and lifestyle store Goodhood as Junior Art Director for several years, where she produced editorial content and brand storytelling, collaborating with brands such as Converse, Comme des Garçons, Aesop, and Aries Arise. Alongside her freelance projects, she runs Other Peoples Places, a platform sourcing vintage design pieces and exploring creative writing and craft.
